Every morning you will find a different selection of crisp little tarts, soft muffins, single-portion cakes, biscuits with Piedmont DOP Hazelnuts, the most prized in Italy, almonds, pistachios, and our beloved “baci di dama”.

Freshly baked pastries. Warm croissants and cornetti made every morning, milk bread as soft as a cloud and crunchy rusks (plain, barley or chocolate).
Our artisan jams. This is where the fun begins: starting with ramassin, the small wild plums typical of the Piedmontese hills, turned into a jam with a unique, authentic flavour. And then strawberry and ginger, and other combinations that will surprise you. Every jar is a small adventure in flavour.

Hot drinks: espresso, americano, cappuccino, latte macchiato, caffè latte or tea. Just the way you like it.
Savoury Breakfast: for those who start fully charged
If you prefer something substantial in the morning, every day we prepare a different savoury breakfast for you.
A classic omelette with ham and Fontina DOP from the Aosta Valley, the mountain-pasture cheese par excellence, with a soft heart and an unmistakable flavour, or creative quiches (caprino and cherry tomatoes, Lorraine…), potato gattò and other specialities that vary according to inspiration.
Are you vegetarian? No problem: we replace the ham with fresh vegetables. Just let us know when you book.

Wellness Breakfast: beauty and wellbeing
If you want to start the day by taking care of yourselves, this is the breakfast for you.
We serve it on a wide-rimmed designer plate, where we artistically arrange cubes of fresh seasonal fruit as a colourful frame, bought directly from local farmers, because we know you can taste the difference at the first bite. In the centre: oat flakes, crunchy muesli, creamy plain yogurt, hazelnuts and a drizzle of artisan honey from Marentino, raw, unfiltered, just as the bees make it. If you find it less smooth than the supermarket kind, that’s because it’s the real thing.
A composition studied down to the last detail, where every ingredient has its place. Balanced, nourishing and beautiful.
