Bookings may be made by bank transfer, credit card or Satispay.

Only where expressly authorised, it is possible to pay the full amount on arrival at the B&B, without paying any deposit.

In order to confirm your booking, a DEPOSIT equal to 30% of the total cost of the stay shall be paid. Said payment shall be made by bank transfer, credit card, Satispay or the other payment methods that may be selected after the booking procedure. Until the deposit has been paid, your booking shall not be deemed confirmed and, unless otherwise agreed directly with the management, the room requested shall be released and put back on sale. Your booking shall be deemed CONFIRMED when you receive the confirmation email containing, among other things, important information, including directions on how to reach us. We invite you to print it and bring it with you. Guests shall present a valid identity document (identity card, driving licence or passport), in order to allow the completion of the public security registration forms required by law

The balance of your stay shall be paid on the first day, upon your arrival. Payment may be made in cash, by debit card or by credit card. Cheques are not accepted. Any extras and services may be paid for directly on site, usually at the end of the stay (check-out), unless otherwise agreed with the management.

For cancellations received up to 10 days before the date of arrival, the Customer shall be refunded the full deposit paid, net of bank or postal charges; for cancellations received between 10 and 3 days before the date of arrival, 100% of the deposit shall be retained, plus the bank or postal charges for returning any remaining deposit; for cancellations received in the three (3) days preceding arrival or on the day itself, or in the event of failure to show up at the B&B (no-show), the cost of the entire booking shall be charged.

We reserve the right to cancel or modify bookings should it emerge that a customer is involved in fraudulent or unlawful activities, or in other circumstances in which the booking contains an obvious error or is itself likely to be the consequence of one.

Reception is open every day from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm

Online bookings shall be handled only from 8:00 am onwards

From 9:00 pm to 7:00 am, unless otherwise agreed with the management, it shall not be possible to reach us by telephone and all emails sent shall be handled from 8:00 am onwards

The room price includes the tourist tax at the rate in force on the date of booking (from 1 October 2026: 3.80 euros per person per night). Should the amount change between the date of booking and the date of the stay, the difference shall be paid upon settlement of the balance.

Any criticism, complaints or simple suggestions are always welcome, as they enable us to improve our service. However, any requests for refunds received after the stay has taken place shall not be taken into consideration.

The data you provide shall be processed in compliance with the confidentiality obligations imposed by Italian Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003 and shall be processed using tools suitable to guarantee the security of the data themselves.
